Why Reiki Is For Everyone!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to connect with all of you while my office is being created (YAY). I’m sure a few of you have been curious about Reiki and the benefits of it. Maybe you’ve been a bit nervous to try it or think its a bit “too out there” for you.
I have been there and can totally relate to that! To a newcomer Reiki can seem very strange and even mysterious, but I am here to tell you how wonderful Reiki actually is.
Reiki is a simple process where the practitioner lays their hands on each one of the client’s chakras to restore balance on all levels and works on healing an actual condition instead of masking the symptoms.
I am a huge follower of Louise Hay and she believes that most of the physical dis-ease we experience is created by the thoughts/emotions we manifest. I believe this wholeheartedly and have had personal experience in this. Reiki brings us to a deep state of relaxation so that our body can truly begin to heal.
